Infused Chocolate Cake (estilo Matilda)

Melt 2 ounces or 1/4 cup chocolate chips with 6 ounces of hot coffeee
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 1/4 flour
1/2 cup green oil or butter
Bake at 295° for 50 minutes
Frostings;
DO NOT FROST WARM
Whipped- 2 cups of heavy cream/half cup powdered sugar/ 1tsp vanilla extract
Ganache- 2 cups chocolate chips 2 cups milk
Buttercream- 1 cup butter/ 3-4 cups
powdered sugar/ 3 tbsp milk
