Infused Cookies & Cream cheese rolls
This is a oreo version of a cinnamon roll, hold the cinnamon! (Substitutes; flax egg/ applesauce for egg. Any plant milk is ok. I do recommend plant butter over coconut oil for butter).
Choco Dough
1 cup warm milk
2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
mix set aside
4 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup butter or oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup green sugar
1/2 cup sifted cocoa powder
Knead 5 minutes, oil bowl and set dough covered to rise 1 hour. Flour surface and shape a rectangle with floured hands or floured rolling pin.
Filling
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Spread evenly on dough, use knife or pizza cutter to make 8 even strips. Prep baking pan with oil, preheat oven to 295° Roll Strips and REFRIGERATE 15 minutes this keeps all the good stuff inside. Bake 50 minutes.
Frosting
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp room temperature cream cheese
4 oreos
Cool rolls 5 minutes before giving each a dollop of frosting.
