1 egg or flax egg(1 tbs ground flax seeds+3 tbs water)
1/2 cup infused butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
Mix into dough, chill in fridge 1 hour bake on parchment paper at 300 for 10-20 minutes depending on your cookie size, this recipe is versatile for the classic pb cookie, pb blossoms and nutter butters.
To use for nutter butters you'll need the pb filling;
2 tbs powdered sugar + 2 tbs pb + 1 tsp vanilla extract.
