Infused strawberry shortcake

1 1/4 cup flour
2/3 cup special sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tbsp infused oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
Line pan with parchment paper or oil to prevent sticking. Bake at 285° for 50-70 minutes depending on your pan size I like to also watch the edges to see if the cake looks like it’s pulling away from them and shrinking.
Let chill completely
Whisk 2 cups heavy cream, 2 tsps vanilla extract and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until peaks form when you pull up ⬆️
Decorate to your liking with strawberries and the fluffy whipped cream.
